We want you to love your run; if you're not 100% satisfied with your FlipBelt, you can return or exchange your gear within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unwashed condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Package Your Gear

Place your FlipBelt and any accessories securely in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer and attach the return label to the outside.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
